Our client a successful multi-million pound company, designs, develops and supplies mobile communications products for key market sectors. It has a growing customer base in Europe, Australasia, Asia, Southern America and the Middle East.

We are looking for a DSP Engineer with experience in the wireless sector to join our client's development team. As a DSP Engineer you will be working on the L1/PHY layer of a new product development within a cross disciplinary team split over several sites. Responsibilities will include planning, architecture, detailed design work and implementation through to component testing, integration and acceptance.

Key skills and experience:-
o Experience of signal processing, C programming and the software development life cycle.
o Processing and analysis of complex communication signals and real time embedded operating systems.
o Simulation tool experience typically including Matlab/Simulink.
o Familiarity with wireless technology.
o Good degree in software/communication/signal processing subject.
