Our client is a proven leader in its field and develops truly market leading solutions supporting all the current major global standards for wireless communication, including LTE, WLAN, Bluetooth, and W-CDMA.

We are looking for an experienced development Team Leader to provide technical leadership and day to day management of our client's product development team. As a Team Leader you will lead the preparation of product and engineering specifications and take responsibility for significant project deliverables as well as being responsible for motivation, performance management, objective setting and development of subordinate staff.

Key skills and experience:-
o Technical leadership of development team
o Design authority experience
o Domain expertise in 3GPP protocols (particularly RRC, RLC/MAC), GSM/GPRS or other 2/2.5G protocols
o Experience of de-bugging conformance tests (3GPP TS34.123-3)
o Familiar with ETSI process for conformance testing
o Developed software under Windows environment
o OO software design methodologies and implementation using C++
o Demonstrates creativity and initiative in approach and encourages others to do likewise.
o Able to lead discussion and brainstorming within the team
o Actively promotes change and process improvements
o Technically qualified to degree level in an appropriate subject.
