Our client is an established wireless company committed to the development, marketing and supply of advanced technology to the mobile telecommunications industry.
We are looking for experienced mixed signals System Design Engineer to develop new electronic products. As a System Design Engineer you will develop and refine concepts, turning them into novel architectures, and creating IC specifications that can be designed in silicon.
Key skills and experience:-
o Strong understanding of control theory
o DC/DC converter design
o Switching Regulators
o Agilient ADS
o Matlab & Simulink
o IC modelling experience in VerilogA, is essential - possibly within a Cadence environment
o Previous experiencing in bringing complex analogue systems through from concept to real silicon is essential.
o An understanding of RF transmitter design would be an advantage
