Our client is at the forefront of technology development in a variety of business sectors working to develop new products in wireless and other technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Radio Systems Design Engineer to join our client's design team. As a Systems Design Engineer you will lead a team in the specification, design and implementation of advanced wireless products, providing the direction and guidance that results in successful and market-leading solutions. In addition you will provide technical support to the sales team in end client business activities.

Key skills and experience:-
o Previous relevant experience working as a radio designer, possibly within a lead role for a telecommunication company or other relevant area.
o Extensive experience of overall system design across multiple disciplines.
o A proven ability to lead engineering teams.
o Good knowledge of the product development process.
o A proven record of getting designs right first time.
o Good oral and written communication skills.
o The ability to interact effectively at all levels in a client organisation.
o An understanding of wireless DSP solutions will be considered an advantage.
o A good degree in an engineering or related subject.
