Our client works with 4G/LTE infrastructure developers and network operators to assist them in developing new network features and carry out interoperability analysis, quality of service analysis and network performance optimisation as well as a range of network and product tests.

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to manage a team of highly skilled test engineers in a busy test environment. As a Test Manager you will project manage and lead a team in the regression testing and validation of a major LTE wireless product. You will be responsible for the thorough testing of the software deliveries, preparation of test plans, and act as an interface to Engineering Teams and Project Managers for the various product lines.

Key skills and experience:-
o Experienced in test management in a software test organisation, within wireless communications.
o Able to autonomously manage all software test development based on the delivery roadmaps within programmes.
o Knowledge and experience of 3G and LTE testing requirements.
o Good understanding and experience of structured testing techniques.
o Experience of testing embedded communications software.
o Skilled in problem solving in systems combining hardware and software components interacting with a digital wireless network.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - proven abilities to interact with senior management, engineering staff and other project managers.
o An experienced negotiator able to resolve blocking issues and drive them to final resolution.
