Our client designs, develops and supplies handheld and mobile terminals for key market sectors where customers require secure private mobile communications networks. It has customers in Europe, Australasia, Asia, Southern America and the Middle East and a growing network of international distributors and partners cover all corners of the globe.

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to work within our client's product development team. As a Software Developer you will contribute to the development, implementation and test of short term features as well as road map improvements.

Key skills and experience:-
o 3+ years experience of Windows application development
o Comprehensive understanding of C# and/or C++ programming languages
o Experience of database development
o Software design experience; OOA/OOD, UML, design patterns
o Experience of MSVC, MFC, COM, .NET
o Understanding of the full software development life-cycle
o Working knowledge of MS Office applications
o Enthusiastic, communicative and inquisitive individual
o Strong interpersonal skills with a "finisher" attitude
o Motivated by producing quality work within agreed timescales
o Customer (internal and external) focused
o Degree qualified (BSc/MSc/PHD) in a Software related subject
