Operations Manager - Fabless Semiconductors

Our client is a rapidly growing fabless semiconductor company providing semiconductors, software and reference designs in the area of high bandwidth wireless connectivity.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to play a major role in New Product Development, Manufacturing, Manufacturability and Supply Chain Management. As an Operations Manager you will define the Manufacturing Plan (Production Planning, Forecast, Process Flow, Supply Chain, and supporting documentation) leading to mass production of our client's ic products.

Key skills and experience:-
· Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain Engineering experience leading to mass production
· Experienced in documentation management for manufacturing.
· Sub-contractor and Supply Chain Management skills.
· Purchasing, and Logistics including control shipment, export licences and reporting.
· Cost Analysis.
· Man management skills and experience.
· Good high-level understanding of fabless semiconductor manufacturing processes - foundry, packaging, and test is essential.
· IC packaging, PCB and PCB assembly and process engineering expertise is desirable.
