We are looking for an experienced Development Project Manager to manage challenging and often complex product developments for clients in a wide range of market sectors. As a Project Manager you will the manage projects through the complete development lifecycle, from requirements definition through to final delivery. You will be involved in proposal preparation, selection of the team, negotiations with 3rd parties, managing concept generation, analysis of the system architecture, liaison across engineering disciplines and the specification, implementation and testing of the design.

Key skills and experience :-
· An understanding of the product development process.
· Significant experience in the development of complex, technically advanced products from specification through to manufacture and support.
· Experienced in managing teams of engineers, to meet tight time and cost targets, and/or in managing technical and commercial interfaces to critical customers.
· Familiarity with managing multi-disciplinary projects (RF, analogue, digital, software, mechanics).
· A strong technical background with current commercial skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
· A good degree in engineering.
